We do not ship overseas. Shipping is exclusively UPS unless otherwise preferred. We prefer to us Fedex when shipping to Canada. Minimum Order is $100.00 for U.S. / $200.00 when shipping to Canada. Shipping costs are calculated by shipping location & will vary by region. Minimum Shipping Cost is $6.00. UPS will charge a small extra fee when shipping to residential addresses. Packages over $100 are insured by UPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping.
Upon requesting a return or exhange on an item, you must first call our office at 800-546-8127 & specify the item, preferrably by item number. Item numbers for each item are listed on your invoice. You must identify the damage that the piece suffered so that we may either repair the item for you, replace the item, or exchange the item for another item of the same value. You will be instructed to carefully package the item & include the item number, description of the damage & preference of above compensation. We do not return or exchange items for any other reason. Normal wear and tear on items will not be refunded. |
